New look, the Castello in series production, shop from November
Our website has a new face. But more important than the look is what has changed behind it: cargoclips.com now revolves around the system – the ClipWall, the clips and what you build with them. If you are looking for a ready-made vehicle, you will still find it at Castello, just where it belongs.
The system first
The ClipWall is a multi-layer glued panel with real-wood veneer, perforated throughout in a 10×10 cm grid. The clips are twisted in and wedge themselves behind the slot – tool-free, releasable and removable without leaving a trace. The only exception is the flat FlatClip, which is fitted with a hex key.
That is exactly what the new home page explains, without any detours. And because the same grid works in the van, in the workshop, at home and in the residential container, we have merged the previously scattered pages into a single one: Applications. There you can see, one after another, what the system does in each field of use – from load securing in the panel van to the fully lined container.
The Castello goes into series production
We have been developing and manufacturing in Eugendorf near Salzburg since 2015, and have converted more than 500 vehicles since then. That experience has led to a decision: the Castello is going into series production – with a manageable choice of proven floor plans and a streamlined range of modules.
That sounds like less choice, but in practice it means the opposite: shorter routes in production, more reliable dates and conversions that get more affordable without us cutting corners on materials or workmanship. You will find all models, floor plans and prices at hellocastello.com.
Build it yourself with Castino
Not everyone wants to buy a ready-made vehicle. If you like to do the work yourself, Castino is the self-build system for panel vans – with the same ClipWall inside. Windows, insulation, floor with rails, panelling, electrics, water and furniture come together in steps that build on one another: entirely on your own, as individual kits or with a conversion partner. Our shop opens in November 2026. Until then you can already see the complete catalogue here – clips, accessories, components and modules – just without a buy button for now.
Need something specific before then? Write to us and we will sort out individual items directly. Cut-to-size panels go through an enquiry anyway: we mill the right ClipWall for your wall, to your measurements and including mounting hardware.
What stays the same
Development and manufacturing continue at our own site in Austria. The CargoClips transport system remains TÜV-certified to DIN ISO 27956 – the standard for load securing in vehicles. And a clip you buy today will also fit the ClipWall hanging on your wall five years from now.
